Unmounted Rubber stamps: Stampin’ Up

Overjoyed I was when unmounted rubber stamps from Stampin’ Up, similar to clear acrylic stamps, became available. Unlike the traditional woodblock rubber stamps, these rubber stamps consume very little storage space and no longer require a ruler guide to align your stamp. Similar to the clear acrylic stamps, the rubber stamp image adheres to clear acrylic blocks allowing you to view and stamp your image more precisely. See images below.

Even though the unmounted rubber stamp does not offer the transparency view like the clear stamps, you are still able to stamp your image on the desire location more precisely. (See image B & C) No more guessing where your image might end up.

As I mentioned in my previous review blogs, I do preferred rubber stamps more over clear stamps but the overall cost is still cheaper with clear acrylic stamps. Both types of stamps take up very little storage space and demand about the same effort for usage. If the unmounted rubber stamps weren’t so costly I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars but due to the cost I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks for reading and join me next time when we make a cut using a magnetic cutting mat.
