Embossing Powders: A La Mode Clear Powder by Hampton Art

Today we are discussing heat embossing with clear embossing powders. I’ve chosen clear powder mainly for two reasons.
1. Easier to determine if you have completely covered your stamp image (image A.a)
2. It will dry exactly to the color of your stamped image. (image A)
Please keep in mind the powder itself appears beige until it’s dissolved with a heat gun. (Image B)

When I initially started embossing with powders I love the fact that this process gives my stamped image a slightly raised feel, similar to laser printing, when you run your fingers through it. It’s important to use stamping inks that can be heat emboss otherwise this process will not work. I have stamped my image in multiple colors to show you the versatility of using clear embossing powders.

I give this product a 5 out of 5 stars because this powder will emboss to any color of your image why would you need an assortment of color embossing powders?
Thanks for reading and join me again when we stamp with stamps on wheel.
